Overview
Eventara HQ is an internal operations dashboard built and used exclusively by Eventara Automations Ltd. Access is restricted to authorized company employees using @eventara.ca Google accounts. The app currently serves 4 internal users.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with your Google account, we collect the following information solely for authentication purposes:
- Name
- Email address
- Profile picture
The app also accesses the following services on your behalf:
- Notion — client and project databases used for internal operations
- Google Drive — company files relevant to your work
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate your identity and restrict access to authorized employees
- Display your profile within the app
- Retrieve and display operational data from Notion and Google Drive
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal data or operational data to third parties. All data remains within the organization.
Analytics & Tracking
Eventara HQ does not use any analytics services, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
Data Storage & Security
All data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by the operating system. No user data is stored on external servers controlled by Eventara Automations Ltd. Authentication is handled through Google's OAuth 2.0, and access is restricted to @eventara.ca accounts only.
Data Retention
Your authentication data persists on your device for as long as you remain signed in. You can remove all locally stored data at any time by signing out of the app or uninstalling it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
